Bruce W. Day is an experienced trial lawyer and is the Co-Manager of the firm's Corporate and Securities practice groups. Mr. Day has a national practice which focuses on representing and advising businesses, broker-dealer firms, investment advisors and individuals in employment, regulatory and litigation matters. Mr. Day is an established author and lecturer, and has spoken at many continuing legal education seminars in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, General Corporate Law, Employment, Federal and State Securities Law and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. He was featured in the inaugural issue of SuperLawyers and is also listed in Outstanding Lawyers of America and in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers.
Mr. Day served in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. and was subsequently appointed to serve as Administrator of the Oklahoma Department of Securities.
