Dixie Coffey has more than twenty years of legal experience litigating, negotiating, arbitrating and mediating business and labor conflicts. Her experience includes class actions, mass tort litigation and complex business litigation. Her practice has covered an extensive number of areas including labor and employment, securities, banking, oil and gas, asbestos, products liability, business contracts, and environmental litigation. Ms. Coffey's practice has included representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Coffey is highly experienced in both federal court and EEOC procedures regarding employment matters, including sexual harassment, discrimination, hiring and firing, and disciplinary procedures. Her litigation experience also includes extensive work with corporate management and work forces at all levels.
