Mr. Liedtke has a wide experience in energy and corporate matters, both public and private. Over the course of his career, Mr. Liedtke has been engaged in private practice, served as General Counsel of both a NASDAQ exploration and production company as well as a group of privately funded energy companies, and was President and CEO of a Canadian public company with large oil and gas concessions in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
Mr. Liedtke served as the Special Assistant on Energy to Governor Henry Bellmon, and was a nominee by President George H.W. Bush as Commissioner to the Federal Eenrgy Regulatory Commission in 1992. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Natural Gas Committee of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.
