Kelley Callahan is a member of the Firms' Securities Litigation Group. Mr. Callahan's practice is focused on the representation of broker-dealers and investment professionals in the resolution of customer disputes and has tried and mediated numerous NASD and NYSE arbitration cases involving a number of different sales practice issues and products. Mr. Callahan has twenty-four years of litigation experience representing clients in arbitration forums and federal and state courts. In addition to his securities experience, Mr. Callahan has extensive experience defending companies in major, high profile products liability cases of national importance. Mr. Callahan's practice is devoted 100% to representing clients in litigation and arbitration matters.
Mr. Callahan also has substantial state and federal Appellate Practice experience, and has presided over the Oklahoma Bar Association's Appellate Practice Section.
Mr. Callahan is a graduate of Colgate University. He received his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he earned the distinction of membership to the Order of the Coif and was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review.
