Mr. O'Neil is an experienced trial lawyer and a member of the firm's Securities practice group. Mr. O'Neil's securities practice is focused on the representation of broker-dealers and investment professionals in litigation, regulatory and compliance matters. He regularly defends arbitration claims filed with the NASD and the New York Stock Exchange. In addition, Mr. O'Neil has represented, issuers, purchasers, and broker-dealers in connection with public and private offerings since 1972. During the course of representing these and other business clients, Mr. O'Neil has developed considerable expertise in corporate finance, business transactions, negotiation, commercial litigation, and strategic planning.
Mr. O'Neil is a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution section of the Oklahoma Bar Association in addition to the professional associations and memberships below. He is active in presenting Continuing Legal Education Seminars on the topic of Arbitration, and he has been recognized for his contributions to Legal Aid of Western Oklahoma.
