Bill Guest manages the firm's Securities Litigation/Arbitration practice group. Mr. Guest's practice focuses on corporate litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on representing broker-dealers, investment advisors and investment professionals in litigation and arbitration disputes and in regulatory and compliance matters. Mr. Guest has represented broker-dealers and account executives in sales practice disputes involving a wide range of issues in the state and federal courts and in arbitrations before the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Mr. Guest's practice also includes the representation of financial industry clients in employment disputes which include issues related to employment transfers as well as discrimination cases.
Mr. Guest has comprehensive experience in the practice areas of General Corporate Law, Federal Securities Law, State Securities Law, and Agency and Partnership Law. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
